A total of 1,000 entrepreneurs from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) have been trained in analysis of market and digital marketing through the pilot program Digital Export Enablement Program (DEEP).

Through DEEP, we are proud to have equipped more than 1,000 SMEs with digital tools and capabilities that will enable them to grow and globalize. We look forward to their active participation in regional and global markets.”
The DEEP programme included a set of key tools, such as the ICC Incoterms® Rules, the ITC Export Potential Map, the Global Trade Helpdesk platform and the Google Market Finder.
Participants gained skills to leverage artificial intelligence tools, such as Google Gemini, to improve their business competitiveness. They also received training in digital audits and developing marketing plans, as well as learning how to protect the company's data. intellectual property and maintain brand identity in competitive markets.
The program also promoted the networking among digital entrepreneurs through ITC’s ecomConnect platform, fostering a collaborative environment. The impact was such that 95% of participating companies indicated that they plan to make significant changes to their business operations based on the knowledge gained.
