A Clusaga project concludes after promoting the internationalization of 45 SMEs in global markets

 

The European project F2F Health Matters, which started in September 2021 with the support of the Food Cluster of Galicia (Clusaga), has concluded after three years of work, promoting the Capabilities of 45 European SMEs specialising in healthy foods, sustainable biosolutions and bio-based techno-functional ingredients. Eight of these companies are Galician and members of Clusaga.

 

The consortium of this initiative includes the participation of Clusaga, together with four other clusters from Belgium, Slovakia, France and Portugal.

 

 

The project focused on opening doors to international markets , the Canada, South Korea, United Arab Emirates (UAE), Vietnam and Japan, through activities such as informative webinars, trade missions and specialized coaching sessions. Galician SMEs such as Cabomar, Pistacyl, Real Conservera Española, YowUp! and Quescrem benefited from the travel and consultancy services funded by the project, achieving strategic entry into key markets.

 

The success of the project is attributed to the collaboration between several European clusters, including Clusaga, Bioeconomy Cluster (Slovakia), InovCluster (Portugal) and Valorial (France), under the coordination of Wagralim (Belgium)Following its completion, the entities will seek to continue collaborating on future projects.
