This agreement represents a strong validation of the demand for large-scale digital infrastructure in strategic locations, marking the platform's first major contract globally.
Key points of the Dallas-Fort Worth agreement
The contract covers an initial capacity of approximately 140 megawatts ITwhich will be distributed across three facilities specifically designed for this client. Additionally, the agreement includes expansion rights on other 100 megawatts IT in two additional facilities, demonstrating the project's growth potential and the market's confidence in the company's ability to execute.
The campus of Dallas-Fort Worth It is part of the initial portfolio contributed by ACS to the joint venture and will be developed through a phased construction program, with staggered commissioning dates up to 2028.

Coravel: The new identity for global expansion
Coravel will be the unified brand of the 50/50 joint venture that ACS y GIP (part of BlackRockThey announced in November 2025. Their goal is to develop and operate next-generation data centers in key markets around the world, combining engineering and construction expertise with ACS with the investment capacity of GIP.

The construction work will be led by Turner, company Grupo ACS and ranked as the world's leading data center builder. The firm will contribute its extensive experience in developing complex, large-scale projects to Norteamérica.
