Adolfo Domínguez's sales continue to rise and confirm its international expansion

 

The figures presented by Adolfo Domínguez The National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) reports reveal a positive outlook for the firm. Last autumn, the brand opened 14 new points of sale in countries such as France, Mexico, Ecuador, Cyprus and UruguayEurope stands out as the epicentre of growth with a 13,6% increase in openings during the first nine months of the year.

 

On an international level, Mexico remains a key player for the company. Although sales there grew by only 2,5% due to the impact of the exchange rate, the online store experienced a significant growth of 25,5% until November.

 

Antonio Puente, CEO of Adolfo Domínguez, commented: “We have had seven years of continuous sales growth. We matched our brand’s turnover in 2013 with fewer points of sale and exceeded the result at that time by 7,9 million. All this with a renewed brand that is more in tune with its times.”

 

 

At an international level, Mexico remains a key piece for the company.

 

 

EBITDA stood at €9,9 million in November, while net income improved by 39,9%, although it still shows a negative figure of -€1,6 million.

 

The recent conceptual collection “Renacer”, launched from its Ágora Creative Laboratory under a methodology initiated in 2019 that explores unique concepts each season for Men, Women and Accessories; is an integral part of the current success. Since then they have presented innovative collections such as Galicia or Gender Fluid.

 

Adolfo Domínguez currently operates 376 stores in 27 countries, achieving a total annual turnover of 126,7 million during the 2023/24 fiscal year.
