Bilateral Relations between Spain and Algeria

Continuity of the Strategic Partnership
This meeting follows up on the visit that the minister himself made Albares made to Argel last March. On that occasion, the Spanish foreign minister met not only with his counterpart Attafbut also with the president Tebboune and the Minister of Hydrocarbons. The central objective of that agenda was the Strengthening the Strategic Partnership and the confirmation of the full validity of Treaty of Friendship, Good Neighborhood and Cooperation, a fundamental framework for Spanish companies with interests in the Algerian market.
