This initiative was born in response to the need to inform businesses, institutions, and individuals about the changes brought about by this new authorization system. The session, led by a representative from the Ministry of the Interior, will detail the key aspects of the ETA, including its purpose, who must apply for it, the application process, its cost, validity, and the types of activities it allows.
The event is specially designed for tourism industry professionals such as airlines, travel agencies and hotels, as well as for business travelers, consultants, academics and cultural organizations that facilitate mobility towards the United Kingdom.
The ETA aims to simplify the entry process and improve border security, but its implementation raises questions that will be addressed in this webinar. Attendees will have the opportunity to direct their questions directly to the speaker after the presentation.
The webinar will take place on Tuesday, September 30, 10:30 to 11:30 BST (11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. CEST) via Zoom. Participation is open to both members and non-members of the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in the United Kingdom, underscoring the importance of this information for the entire community with ties to the country.
