Andalusian companies hold more than 100 business meetings at Greencities with agents from eleven countries

For the sixth consecutive year, the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and the Interior organizes a reverse mission in Greencities, the great forum of sustainable cities.

The 28 Andalusian companies have held more than a hundred bilateral meetings with eleven companies and institutions of USA, China, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Chile, Mexico and Portugal, selected by the Extenda Foreign Network based on the interests expressed by the Andalusian delegation and based on the relevance of its project portfolio. Previously, both the Andalusian firms as the foreigners made a brief commercial presentation in the space 'Elevator Pitch'.

 

The B2B meetings have been held in their own space reserved for companies that have participated in the mission with extend, which also acts as Premium Partner of the event for the second consecutive year, which has given more visibility to the presence of the Andalusian community in greencities.

 

Likewise, Andalusian firms have had the opportunity to meet during the forum with Spanish companies and other international companies present at greencities, through the networking interview agenda coordinated by the event organization.

Of the Andalusian companies that have participated in the reverse mission of extend in Greencities15 come from Seville (Sporttia, Ecoterrae Global Solutions, Shs Consultores, Zabala, Galgus, Axion, Grupo IG, Extravaganza, Aytos, Ambienta, Indexta Geodata, RTS, Geype, Consultora Alomón y Castaño y Asociados and Sustainable Construction.

 

Likewise, a dozen signatures from Malaga (Esail Vite, Monsol, Stefa Proyecto Ambiental, Grupo Viatek, Iluspania, Internalia Group, Kubo Arquitectos, Bettergy, Solydi and Bioazul; one from Granada (MyPot: The initiative growing system); one from Cadiz (LEC) and one of Cordoba (Sepal).

 

The organization of this action by extend will be co-financed with funds from the European Union the PO FEDER of Andalusia 2014-2020, endowed with a community contribution of 80%.

The firms and entities participating in the meeting belong to sectors related to smart and sustainable urban spaces (building, financing, entrepreneurship, energy, environment, mobility, government and citizen participation).

Likewise, firms from United States (Arquitectónica Geo, Green Building Council and Smart Columbus); China (Ecadi); and Portugal (QuadranteGroup).

 

Greencities Andalusia

 

greencities offers a unique networking forum to create projects, establish contacts, offer services and share experiences in an environment that helps inspire and develop the municipalities of the future. The topics addressed at the event are those related to government and citizen participation, energy, economy, mobility, environment, construction and technological solutions.

 

It is organized by the and the Palace of Fairs and Congresses of Malaga (Fycma) In collaboration with Ametic. Extenda is a Premium Partner of the forum, along with the Municipal Management of Urban Planning, Works and Infrastructure, Telefónica Empresas and the University of Málaga.

 

The tenth edition of greencities has brought together more than 120 exhibiting entities and companies, 200 experts and various representatives from 23 countries, in a meeting that this year had as a novelty the exhibition of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) launched by United Nations.
