Antonio Bonet is confirmed as president of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club until 2026

Antonio Bonet has declared that the work plan for the next three years of the new Board of Directors revolves around three axes linked to internationalization.

Antonio Bonet Madurga has been confirmed in the position of president of the Club of Spanish Exporters and Investors for a new period of three years, until 2026, by the General Assembly of Partners. Its ratification occurs after the electoral process for the Board of Directors.

 

Along with the confirmation of Antonio Bonet, the renewal of the Board of Directors has been carried out, which has been expanded with the creation of a new vice presidency, the fourth in the association's management structure, which falls on javier valero, general director of Operations at Gobaltec Desarrollos e Ingeniería.

 

In addition to Antonio Bonet, they repeat their position at the top of the Exporters Club, as vice presidents: Luis Villarroya, president of Eptisa; Eduard Pinyol, General Director of Development at Elecnor, and Manuel valencia, vice president of Técnicas Reunidas International.

 

As members, they revalidate their positions Marcos Dorao, Director of Business Development for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at Acciona; Miguel Gil de Biedma, Corporate CEO of Aon; Jaime Uscola, Director of International Business at Banco Santander; Javier del Rio, CEO of CFI International Financing Consultants, and Jesus Alonso, president of Idesa, among others.

 

To these names are added those of Pablo López Tallada, director of Global Trade Finance at BBVA; Eduardo More, director of Head Working Capital Iberia at Deutsche Bank, and Jesus Jiménez, CEO of Foce, among others.

 

Antonio Bonet has declared that the work plan for the next three years of the new Board of Directors revolves around three axes: continuing to provide services to the Club's members to facilitate its internationalization through networking and dissemination of information; consolidate the Club's participation in the generation of opinion on issues of interest to the Capabilities; and contribute with concrete constructive proposals for internationalization policies and instruments.

 

The Board of Directors has been expanded with the creation of a new vice presidency, the fourth in the association's management structure.

 

A career dedicated to Foreign Trade

 

Antonio Bonet has been president of the Spanish Exporters and Investors Club since 2017 and vice president of CITHA (European Confederation of Foreign Trade Associations). Throughout his extensive professional career, he has held various positions of corporate responsibility, such as founder and president of ACE International Consultants and CEO of AECOM International Development Europe.

 

Within the public service, as a commercial technician and State economist, he has held several positions in the Ministry of Economy, such as economic and commercial advisor of Spain in China and head of the Foreign Trade cabinet.

 

Antonio Bonet has a degree in Business Sciences from the University of Seville and a master's degree in Economics and Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
