The award of this contract is great significance due to the technical complexity which involves intervening in the Line 1, which is the oldest and busiest in the entire Santiago metropolitan network. The modernization with platform doors will have a direct hit in the security,, the efficiency and travel experience of the millions of users who use this mass transit system daily.
La specialized advice that Ayesa will provide will cover the entire project execution cycle. This includes everything from the detailed engineering, the manufacturing and factory testing, until integration, editing and start end of all systems.
Ayesa's technical support will focus on key areas for the operation, such as electric systems, their own platform doors, the CBTC signaling, undercarriage, systems communications (including CCTV, sound reinforcement and TETRA), the interface e system integration, in addition to various crucial aspects of the operation and maintenance.
