The initiative foreign promotion, which takes place this week, seeks strengthen presence of ceramic tiles and paving from the Valencian Community in the Belgian market. This action has been jointly organized by the Spanish Association of Ceramic Tile and Paving Manufacturers (ASCER) and the Chamber of Commerce of Castellón, with co-financing from FEDER funds and Ivace+i International within the framework of the Global CV Program.
The general director of Entrepreneurship and Internationalization, Ester Olivas, has underlined the importance of this type of activities, indicating that the mission is part of the Foreign Promotion Plan from Ivace+i Internacional. This plan integrates various actions "agreed upon with the Sectoral Associations to promote the productive sectors abroad and It follows a series of actions by prescribers, architects and interior designers from different markets of interest.", according to the director.
under the motto 'Architecture in Ceramics', the group of Belgian architects is visiting leading companies in the sector to obtain a direct knowledge both from the manufacturing process of the tiles and from the wide variety of products and solutions offered by the Spanish industry.
The reverse mission program started with a presentation at ASCER headquarters, focusing on the current panorama of the sector and the latest design trends. Subsequently, the professionals have visited showrooms and production plants of several manufacturing companies, knowing first-hand the News and innovations technologies that are being implemented in the processes.
