The importance of registering it with the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registration, ensuring its validity and regulatory compliance.
In relation to the Joint Commission for Workers' Participation in Profits (PTU)The profit-sharing process was explained in detail. Key aspects were addressed, such as the formation of the commission, the need for transparency in payments, and effective communication in the event that there are no profits to be distributed.
In terms of training, training and productivity, the co-responsibility of employers in the continuous training of workers was highlighted, emphasizing the importance of training programs and reports that must be submitted to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS).
