Cologne (Germany) and the Czech Republic are added to the commercial actions of CECAM by 2025, offering companies Castilla la Mancha new opportunities to expand your presence in international markets. The Regional Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Castilla-La Mancha (CECAM CEOE-CEPYME Castilla-La Mancha) has opened registration for these initiatives, which include participation in the Anuga Trade Fair in Cologne and a direct trade mission to the Czech Republic.
Support and News for Businesses
The Anuga Fair, recognized as the main agri-food fair in Europe, together with UNLUCKY, will be the first destination, from October 5 to 8. This fair is a recurring focus in CECAM's activities due to its proven success, having attracted more than 150 companies from Castilla-La Mancha in recent years. In 2023, Anuga featured the participation of 7.845 exhibitors from more than 120 countries, with 94% of the total. international representation, and a record number of 553 Spanish companies.
Subsequently, between November 10 and 14, a direct trade mission will be carried out to the Czech Republic, a new strategic market for companies in the region.
As a notable new feature for 2025, the financial aid allocated to participating companies has been increased from 50% to 60%. This increase responds to a direct request from CECAM, seeking to offer greater financial support to companies committed to the Capabilities.
Technical support at the destination for both actions will be provided by the Confederation of Employers of Albacete (FEDA), guaranteeing comprehensive assistance to companies during their stay.
A Comprehensive Internationalization Plan
These two actions are part of an ambitious program of foreign trade activities for 2025, designed to boost the presence of Castilla-La Mancha companies on the global stage. In addition to the visit to Anuga and the mission to the Czech Republic, the plan includes holding 23 training sessions on internationalization distributed in the five provinces of the region, with the aim of training entrepreneurs and providing them with the necessary tools to compete in foreign markets.
The organization of these initiatives is the responsibility of CECAM, in close collaboration with the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX) and provincial business organizations. This joint effort seeks not only to promote the products and services of the region's companies, but also to strengthen their position on the international scene.
