The presence of the Cádiz Free Trade Zone is a regular feature of this forum, which this year celebrates its fifth edition and is attended by more than 15.000 people, 106 invited countries, 350 speakers and more than 1.500 emerging companies.
The head of the Free Trade Zone also highlighted the achievements of the high-tech incubator Incubazul, which has begun to position several startups in the field of industrial innovation. According to González, “the fact that the Cádiz Free Trade Zone is participating in these types of forums demonstrates the work we have been developing in the area of the Blue Economy (…) It is a good model that is here to stay and generate a vision for the present.”
The 2024 edition of the BNEW, which takes place from 7 to 10 October in Barcelona, is attended by more than 15,000 people, 106 invited countries and 1,500 start-ups. In addition, the event has addressed topics such as sustainability and space tourism, highlighting the importance of environmental preservation in the development of aviation and the tourism sector.
