Cajamar, leader in financing the Spanish agri-food sector, will once again be present at the International Fruit and Vegetable Fair, Fruit Attraction, which will be held from October 8 to 10 in IFEMA Madrid. The organization, faithful to its commitment since the beginning of the event in 2009, will accompany cooperatives and companies in the fruit and vegetable sector, providing them with advice and financial support.
This year, the Cajamar Group will not only have its stand in Pavilion 7, but also sponsors the Business Center, an exclusive space for entrepreneurs and professionals in the sector. This centre will offer specialised services such as private meeting rooms, rest areas, internet access and catering, with the aim of facilitating business and fostering alliances.

During the three days, managers and technicians of Cajamar will meet with experts and entrepreneurs in the sector to analyze the challenges facing the agri-food industry. In addition, the book will be presented Freshconomics. The book of the fruit and vegetable businesswritten by David del Pino, managing partner of Freshtrategy.
Cajamar will also take advantage of the fair to sign and renew collaboration agreements with cooperatives and agri-food companies, seeking to facilitate access to specialized financing for modernization and sustainability projects. In this sense, the entity will show its work in digitalization through the Earth Platform and its innovation ecosystem, which includes experimental centres and the Cajamar Innova incubator.
As part of an improvement in the national fruit and vegetable trade, which has grown by 6,3% in volume during the first half of the year, Fruit Attraction 2024 expects to welcome more than 100.000 visitors and bring together 2.146 exhibiting companies from 56 countries.
