COFIDES has granted a loan of 238.000 euros to Optare Solutions, a leading Galician company in solutions for operators of telecommunications. The objective is to support its expansion in Mexico through the acquisition of the Mexican company Cinko Shared Service Center.

The acquisition of Cinko Shared Service Center will allow us to strengthen our service offering and consolidate our presence in a key market such as Mexico. We appreciate the support of COFIDES in this process, which will help us to continue promoting the digitalization and operational efficiency of our clients.”
Optare Solutions, with 10 years of presence in the Mexican market, seeks to consolidate its position and expand its service offering with the acquisition of Cinko Shared Service Center. This operation, financed with a loan from COFIDES and the company's own resources, will allow Optare Solutions to strengthen its presence in a key market and continue to drive digitalization and operational efficiency of its customers.
