This agreement marks a significant milestone for both companies, with the Poujoulat Group acquiring a majority stake of 80% of Convesa, making it the main shareholder of the Spanish manufacturer.

Founded 50 years ago, Convesa is a leading manufacturer of chimney flues for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Based in Mostoles, Madrid, the company produces all its products in Spain and exports to more than 20 countries. In 2023, Convesa generated sales of 17,5 million euros, mainly in the international market, and has almost a hundred employees. The company has recent, high-performance production facilities, with great capacity to expand its business.
Regarding growth expectations, Convesa's main objective is to strengthen its presence in Spain and Portugal, as well as in markets such as United Kingdom, Netherlands and Eastern Europe. Additionally, the company plans to expand to southern Europe and America.
Roberto Sánchez, general director of Convesa and 20% shareholder of the company, together with the current management team, will maintain their commitment to guarantee the development of the company and take advantage of the synergies that will be generated with the other companies in the Poujoulat Group.
Convesa's main objective is to strengthen its presence in Spain and Portugal, as well as in markets such as the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Eastern Europe.

For its part, the Poujoulat Group, which also began as a family business, is currently the leader in Europe in the market for chimney flues and industrial chimneys. Through commercial subsidiaries and production units, the Group is present in nine European markets, exports to more than 30 countries and is the largest producer of biofuels in France.
