DHL Group has unveiled its new «Strategy 2030 – Accelerating sustainable growth"...with the ambitious goal of increasing its revenue by 50% by 2030. This plan includes initiatives focused on fast-growing industrial sectors and the megatrend of E-commerce, as well as a firm commitment to the decarbonizationThe company will also seek to simplify its legal and governance structures to maximize its operational efficiency.

With this new strategy, DHL seeks to lead in an increasingly complex world, marked by geopolitical changes and a growing focus on sustainability.
Key initiatives include the expansion of specialized logistics for sectors such as life sciences and healthcare, with expected growth of more than 10% annually, and the renewable energy sector, where DHL estimates a 15% annual increase. In addition, DHL will step up its involvement in the E-commerce, which will continue to be a pillar of growth with a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7% until 2030.
DHL Group is also reinforcing its commitment to sustainability by integrating the «Green logistics of choice“as part of its strategic framework. “Investing in low-emission logistics, which anticipates future market demand, will materialize into a competitive advantage,” Meyer stated, emphasizing that the company has the largest fleet of electric vehicles in the industry and the highest proportion of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) usage globally.
