Díaz Ayuso strengthens support for business internationalization with the launch of a new strategy in Madrid.

Within the framework of a visit to the headquarters of Invest in Madrid, the president greeted the team of the VUI, consolidating the institutional support for this initiative that promotes the exit of local businesses to foreign markets.

As a notable action, President Díaz Ayuso announced the imminent launch of a Internationalization Strategy for the Madrid Economy, scheduled for next January. This roadmap will be integrated into the ambitious 2026/2030 Industrial Plan and pursues two fundamental objectives for the region's economic development:

  1. Attract more and better investment: Promote the arrival of foreign capital that generates added value and quality employment in the Community.

  2. Strengthen support for Madrid-based companies: To encourage, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), to gain ground and consolidate their position in international markets.

The regional government considers this strategy a crucial step for the growth, competitiveness, and global expansion of the region's companies, seeking to facilitate and maximize the opportunities that foreign trade offers to the Madrid economy.
