Adolfo Domínguez has announced notable growth in its online sales during the 2023/24 financial year, reaching all-time highs with an increase of 21,9%. This achievement is largely attributed to the firm's renewal of digital services and its focus on omnichannel customer experience.

 

The executive president of Adolfo Domínguez, Adriana DominguezHe emphasized the importance of digital transformation in the company's strategy. "We are a brand with 48 years in the market, but our main concern remains staying in touch with our times, with today's and tomorrow's customers," he stated.

 

With 360 points of sale in 24 countries and more than 1.000 employees, Adolfo Domínguez has established itself as a benchmark in the fashion sector, combining its tradition and experience in design with a determined commitment to innovation and omnichannel

 

In this sense, the firm has implemented a new hub of interactive services that includes:

  • RENT DNA: Rental of branded clothing and accessories.
  • BOX DNA: A personal shopper with artificial intelligence.
  • DNA LIVE: Social live shopping, an interactive shopping experience that allows you to discover and buy the collection in real time with influencers and stylists.

 

Ana Rujas and Laura Ponte have been the latest protagonists of this pioneering initiative launched by Adolfo Domínguez in September 2021.

 

Connecting with new generations

The digital world has become one of Adolfo Domínguez's main growth levers, especially among younger consumers. In fact, 1 in every 3 new clients acquired by the firm in the last year is under 35 years old.

The brand's online offering is completed with its presence in marketplaces such as Zalando, About You, El Corte Inglés (Spain and Portugal) and Palacio de Hierro (Mexico).

 

Consolidation of recovery

The CEO of Adolfo Domínguez, Antonio Puente, presented to shareholders the keys that have allowed the firm to achieve two consecutive years of positive net profit.

 

"2023-24 has been a year marked by increased sales and the consolidation of our recovery, while at the same time transforming the company to continue driving growth. Always with designer fashion, sustainability and innovation at the heart of everything we do," Puente emphasized.

 

During the meeting, shareholders supported the group's management and accounts for the 2023-24 financial year, in which Adolfo Domínguez generated a turnover of 126,7 million euros, 10,9% more than the previous year. In addition, the renewal of Adolfo Domínguez Fernández, founder and main shareholder, as a member of the board of directors was ratified.
