A recognition of talent and innovation
Ferran Adrià, the visionary chef behind the legendary El Bulli, will receive the award from the General Secretary of Agrarian Resources and Food Security, Ana rodríguez.
Social commitment and environmental sustainability
In addition to recognizing Adrià and MACC, the ceremony will also honor other notable figures for their contributions to the future of food. Stephen RitzRitz, founder of The Green Bronx Machine, will receive the Food Changemaker Social Impact Award from Action Against Hunger. Ritz has dedicated his life to promoting healthy and sustainable nutrition among children and young people in vulnerable environments.
Likewise, Julia Collins, CEO of Planet FWD, will be honored with the Food Changemaker Award for Environmental Impact, presented by KM ZERO. Collins has led innovative efforts to decarbonize the food industry, driving sustainable practices throughout the supply chain.
