The director of Igape, Covadonga Toca, put the group of companies Ramon Garcia as an example of the ability internationalization and leadership of the Galician contract sector, after knowing its facilities in Ordes.
“The Galician companies that work in the contract channel, such as the Ramón García Group, have acquired experience and skills, offering their services to the entire world, and turning Galicia into an international benchmark,” the director explained.
In this sense, Toca Carús recalled, the Ramón García Group itself is an example of this commitment to internationalization, having a production facility in Mexico since 2014, and being present in 70 countries where it offers “tailored responses” to its clients.
The director of Igape highlighted that the Ramón García Group is a company “with a consolidated track record” in the contract sector, which has been able to adapt to new trends and market needs.
The Ramón García Group is a family business founded in 1940, which has more than 250 employees. The company is headquartered in Ordes, Galicia, and has a production facility in Mexico

The director of Igape pointed out that the contract sector is a strategic sector for Galicia, since it generates employment and wealth, and contributes to internationalization of the Galician economy.

Through this program, Igape promotes trade missions to different countries, with the aim of facilitating Galician companies' access to new markets.
In the case of the Ramón García Group, the company has participated in several trade missions organized by the Igape, which have allowed him to discover new business opportunities abroad.
