Gijón will host a business and political summit along the Atlantic Corridor

La Northwest Atlantic Platform (PAN), constituted by the provincial confederations of businessmen of A Coruña, Lugo, Ourense and Pontevedra, the Leonese Federation of Entrepreneurs (FELE), la Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs (FADE) and Chambers of Commerce of Galicia, León, Asturias and Cantabria, organized next Tuesday, September 18, at the fairgrounds Luis Adaro from Gijón, a day to analyze the challenges and opportunities that the extension of the Atlantic Corridor to the Northwest of Spain.

 

The support of the European Commission to the extension of Atlantic Corridor of the trans-European transport network Galicia, Asturias and León, connecting its initial layout with the ports of the Spanish Northwest and integrating its terrestrial dimensions with the maritime one, opens up a series of opportunities for this territory that will be addressed throughout the day, which will feature the intervention of the Secretary General of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Development, José Javier Izquierdo.

 

The event will also have the participation of the Secretary General of Mobility of the Department of Infrastructure and Housing of the Xunta de Galicia, of the Councilors of Development of Asturias and Castilla y León and of the presidents of the Confederation of Entrepreneurs of Pontevedra, of the Asturian Federation of Entrepreneurs, of the Leonese Federation of Entrepreneurs and of the Chambers of Commerce of Gijón and León.
