For its part, Ana Ibáñez, People and Culture BP Iberia @suntoryBF, shared his vision on the evolution of the sector: "Today we're going to talk about innovation in the human resources function, a traditional function that needs to evolve and is evolving, in fact, adapting to all the changes happening outside and becoming more and more like and a reflection of society.
