The annual meeting was opened by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy, Investment and Industry, Alexander Pulevwho outlined the government's priorities regarding investment, industrial development, and economic diplomacy. During the event, Angel Ivanov, maximum responsible for InvestBulgaria, presented the agency's activities and the support mechanisms available to investors interested in the Bulgarian market.
Ivanov highlighted the cooperation "active and productive" with the network of commercial offices spread around the world, which he described as a "natural and key partner" for attraction of foreign investmentAccording to the executive, "their knowledge of local markets, the timely exchange of information, and their assistance in establishing contacts with international companies are essential for the successful positioning of Bulgaria as a competitive investment destination."
The program also included representatives from the Bulgarian Export Insurance Agency, the National Industrial Zones Company, and the Fund of Funds, reinforcing the comprehensive vision of the Bulgarian ecosystem supporting internationalization.
Recognition of work in the Spanish market
The day culminated with the sixteenth edition of the annual awards ceremony, jointly organized by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Bulgaria (BCCI) and the Ministry of Economy. These awards recognize the offices with the best results in promoting Bulgarian exports, attracting investment, and promoting tourism.
