Ivace+i launches 1,55 million euros in aid to subsidize 100% of the cost of hiring young people in internationalization

 

Ivace+i International, organism dependent on the Ministry of Innovation, Industry, Commerce and Tourism, has called for a new line of aid for SMEs, associations and sectoral federations of the Valencia, in order to encourage the hiring of young people specializing in internationalization. According to the Official Journal of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), the budget allocated to this initiative amounts to 1,55 million euros, and is 60% co-financed by the European Social Fund.

 

The Minister of Innovation, Nuria Montes, has highlighted the importance of this aid to strengthen the internationalisation departments of SMEs. “We want to continue to expand support for SMEs in their commitment to internationalisation, with more resources, while supporting the incorporation of young people into our business network,” he said.

 

For its part, Ester Olivas, Director General of Entrepreneurship and Internationalisation, has detailed that the aid will cover 100% of the salary costs of a 12-month training contract, with a minimum of 18.000 gross euros per year and a maximum eligible subsidy of 25.000 euros. “It is an opportunity for SMEs to strengthen their Capabilities while providing work experience to young professionals,” Olivas stressed.

 

Interested companies may submit their applications from September 24 to October 18 through the Ivace website. The contract must have been signed between January 1 and October 18, 2024, in compliance with current regulations.
