The company moldtech has completed the installation of a second tilting table for the manufacture of reinforced concrete panels in Monterrey, Mexico, with the aim of increasing the production of industrial enclosures. This table has dimensions of 35 metres long and 4,4 metres wide, with the capacity to produce panels with a variable thickness of between 150 and 300 mm.
The equipment is designed to manufacture prefabricated panels, mainly intended for industrial warehouses and factories. However, its versatility allows it to be adapted for the creation of architectural panels with more stylized finishes if required. “It is like having a high-precision multi-purpose tool that, depending on how you configure it, can make anything from a robust and functional structure to a stylized architectural finish,” they say from moldtech.
Tilting tables represent a technological advancement that has transformed traditional construction, offering a more efficient and precise method. These tables can be tilted to facilitate the removal of hardened concrete panels, which not only saves time but also reduces defects and waste, and improves the quality of the final product. "With tilting tables, efficiency is the new king," emphasize representatives from Moldtech.
The client of Monterrey has once again placed its trust in Moldtech for this expansion of its production capacity, which strengthens the relationship of trust between both companies.
