Portuguese holding company Galp offers 400 million euros for Shell Spain

The energy company Shell Spain is in negotiations with several potential buyers for the sale of its service stations in Spain, a deal it expects to conclude in the coming months.
Galp Energia, responsible for managing the sector in Portugal, made Shell a formal proposal of close to 400 million euros (100 million euros below the purchase value) for the acquisition of the 338 fuel service stations that the Anglo-Dutch oil company has in Spain.
