The 'Progress' project aims to unify the operational management of the 51 factories in its division Saica Packdistributed across 11 different countries, under the same ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. The culmination of this deployment represents a significant step forward in the Group's industrial digitalization.
The award was presented in Zaragoza, within the framework of the seventh edition of the Nunsys Group Awards, which bring together nearly 300 representatives from the Spanish technological and industrial ecosystem to highlight the most innovative initiatives in the sector.

Gloria AntoránThe Information Systems Director – CIO of the Saica Group, accepted the award and highlighted the importance of the project for the organization:
"Saica is proud that this project has been recognized. It has been a long journey, now in its final phase, and it will allow all our Pack factories to share the same ERP system, providing powerful management capabilities. This award is not only for Saica and its teams, but also for everyone at Nunsys who has collaborated with us."
The director also emphasized the role of innovation within the Group's 80-year history, noting that "Technology is the second most important asset we have, which has allowed us to overcome limitations."However, he stressed that Saica's main asset is... "People, and technology serves to empower us".
The 'Progress' project aims to integrate processes, improve efficiency, facilitate strategic decision-making and strengthen traceability across all plants of the packaging of the Saica Group, consolidating its position in the global market.
