In addition to organic growth, Sener has implemented a key acquisition strategy that has enriched its value proposition. In 2024, the integration of SCR, the leading Spanish manufacturer of unmanned aerial systems, contributed a solid track record with more than 1.000 units produced and 3.500 field services in 17 countries.
In 2023, the incorporation of Quark, a leader in data center design, represented a strategic milestone. With more than 100 data centers planned and 1 GW of cumulative capacity, Quark is driving its international expansion by leveraging Sener's vast network. Similarly, the Australian subsidiary Tactix, acquired in 2022, has taken on large-scale projects such as the Coffs Harbour Bypass and SSTOM for Sydney Metro in 2024.

Investments in Infrastructure and Landmark Projects
To support its growth, Sener has launched an ambitious industrial investment in the Zamudio Technology Park (Vizcaya), with new facilities for engineering, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and clean rooms for the Space and Defense sectors. This is in addition to the expansion of its production center in Tres Cantos (Madrid), which began in 2025, and the opening of new offices in Seville, Santander, Brussels, and Sydney over the past two years.

Aerospace and Defense: Sener served as prime contractor for the European Space Agency's Proba-3 mission, achieving the first formation flight of two satellites in orbit.
