TM Real Estate Group and Vicente Ferrer Foundation (FVF) have strengthened their commitment to social development in the region Adoni, India, by renewing its partnership for the construction of decent housing. The new project, scheduled for completion in December 2025, includes the construction of 29 new homes in the village of Katithota, located in the Alur area.
This initiative brings the total number of homes built by both organizations in the area to 100 since 2018. A key aspect of this project is its focus on women's empowerment, as the ownership of the new homes will be registered in the names of the beneficiary women, challenging traditional discriminatory property practices.
This joint effort is estimated to provide a safe and decent home for 29 families, representing a total of 141 people, significantly transforming their living conditions. The collaboration between TM Grupo Inmobiliario and the FVF is not new. In 2022, the real estate company contributed to the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of a water treatment plant with a production capacity of 10.000 liters of clean water per day, benefiting 3.000 people and various local educational centers.
Angeles Serna, president of TM Grupo Inmobiliario, expressed her satisfaction with this new phase of collaboration: “We are very proud to be able to promote, together with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, the second José Luis Serna Village in India. With this initiative, we honor the memory of our founder and continue to fulfill the social commitments we set in our Corporate Responsibility Master Plan.”
For its part, Luz María Sanz, general director of the Vicente Ferrer Foundation, highlighted the importance of this alliance: “The participation of the TM Real Estate Group is an inspiring example of how strategic alliances can contribute to a more just and sustainable future.”
This new housing project consolidates the joint efforts of TM Grupo Inmobiliario and the Vicente Ferrer Foundation to improve the quality of life of vulnerable communities in India, marking a significant step toward equality and sustainable development in the Adoni region.
