Telefónica has achieved a significant milestone by being recognized as the first european telco y second world cup in the 2025 ranking of the most admired companies, prepared by the magazine FortuneThis list, which covers 40 different sectors and includes 317 companies selected from a total of 605, is based on approximately 3.380 interviews with global executives, directors and analysts.
The process for determining the top-rated companies included an evaluation based on nine key criteria: social responsability, long-term investment, quality of products or services y efficient use of corporate assets, among others. To be included in the final list, entities had to be in the top half within their specific sector.
This recognition underlines Telefónica's ongoing commitment to corporate excellence and its ability to remain internationally competitive.
