The association, a founding member of the National Association of Consignees (ASECOB), reported on his active participation in drafting regulatory projects and in promoting the professional qualifications of the consignee. In this regard, concern was expressed about the paralysis in the approval of the modification of the TRLPEMM, a law considered fundamental for the sector.

 

"The amendment to the TRLPEMM is crucial to modernize and adapt our legislation to the current needs of the sector. We hope that its processing will be reactivated as soon as possible," Richart stated.

 

Furthermore, the association's participation in various working groups of the Governing Council and in the Transport Infrastructure and Mobility Commission of the Barcelona Chamber of Commerce.
