The core of District 4.0 is DFactory Barcelona, which has established itself as a nerve center for the 4.0 industry in Europe, already hosting 40 companiesThis ecosystem is experiencing significant growth, with expansion plans that will take its facilities to the 60.000m² at the end of next year, confirming its role as a driving force of the digital and economic transformation.
The Financial and Investment Director of CZFB, Iñaki García Bernis, was in charge of receiving the FEmImpacte 2025 Award. In this competitive category, the Consorci project beat important finalists such as Josep Tarradellas Airport Barcelona-El Prat y Prologis Spain.
The award ceremony was presided over by prominent institutional figures, including Santiago Ballesté, president of the Llobregat Business Forum; Eva Martinez, president of the Baix Llobregat Regional Council; Jordi Valls, Vice President of the Social and Economic Development Area of the AMB; Pilar Diaz, delegate of the Government of the Generalitat of Catalonia in Barcelona, and David Quiros, mayor of L'Hospitalet de Llobregat.
The FEmImpacte 2025 Awards, which seek to recognize those entities that generate a positive and transformative business impact, also recognized other key areas. The 2025 edition recognized the economic impact to SEAT, the social a Es Imp-Perfect Food, the cultural to the Xaloc School, the one in sustainability to Schneider Electric, and the impact of a public entity in relation to companies to the Viladecans City Council.
