Castile and León Regional Government injects 70 million euros into wine: modernization and global expansion

 

Mañueco highlighted the Executive's commitment to a sector that it considers an economic engine, generating more than billion euros in turnover y 33.000 direct and indirect jobs in the community. The investment, distributed in 175 projects, seeks to strengthen the competitiveness of wineries and their export capacity, which has grown by more than 38% since 2020.

 

In addition to infrastructure aid, the Board has redoubled its efforts in the foreign promotionThis includes supporting marketing campaigns and participation in international trade fairs to open new markets. Mañueco emphasized the importance of this strategy for consolidating the wines of Castile and León as "one of the best ambassadors" of the region worldwide.
