The Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade presents the CISCE fair in Madrid, the first International Exhibition of the Supply Chain

Global industry and supply chain cooperation is one of the main issues for China to promote global economic recovery. To carry out this initiative, the Chinese Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) presented on Thursday, July 20 in Madrid the first China International Supply Chain Exhibition (CISCE for its acronym in English), which will take place from November 28 to December 2, 2023 in Beijing and whose foundation is "build, share, win." In an estimated space of 100.000 m2, it will house five major markets: smart cars, digital technology, clean energy, healthy living, and organic farming. In addition, there will be a Services Pavilion featuring banking, insurance, business consulting, corporate law, culture and education, tourism, and creative design.

 

In order to know in depth the China International Supply Chain Expo, several representatives of Spanish and Chinese corporations attended the meeting at the Intercontinental Hotel in Madrid. In the inaugural speech, the vice president of CCPIT, Chen JiananHe explained that this fair differs from conventional ones because it "offers a different concept, supporting companies from all countries, boosting economic recovery and growth, showcasing cutting-edge technology, and above all, providing an interactive experience." It's a very important event because it focuses not on immediate trade relationships, but on long-term cooperation.  

 

The CISCE promises to be a new platform to share business opportunities between countries, totally open to international cooperation, integrating the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors to connect small, medium and large companies from China and the rest of the world. 

 

As for Spain, the message from the counselor of the Economic and Commercial Section of the Chinese Embassy in Madrid, Chang Hexi, highlighted the importance that our industry has in the five sectors.
