Lar Group and Galio Group launch a joint venture to build housing in Poland.

 

The new strategic collaboration positions Group Home such as managing partner of the alliance, assuming responsibility for land acquisition, architectural design, and marketing of the projects. For its part, Galio Group will bring its extensive experience and knowledge in the development of large-scale projects in its home market, Lithuania. This agreement stems from a synergy of vision, experience and values seeking to set a new standard of quality in Polish residential construction, with a focus on innovation and sustainability.

 

Renata McCabe-Kudła, CEO of Lar Polska Group, emphasized the importance of the agreement within the corporate strategy: “The signing of this agreement with Galio Group fits perfectly with our long-term strategy, based on growth through cooperation with established and trusted partners. We believe that combining the knowledge and experience of both organizations will allow us to carry out ambitious residential projects in Poland. Together, we will create modern and welcoming residential projects that respond to the growing housing needs of Poles.”

 

From the Lithuanian partner's perspective, Nerijus Maknevičius, CEO of Galio Group, highlighted the market's potential: “This partnership with Lar Group is an important step for Galio Group toward its international expansion. Poland is a leading market in the region: large, rapidly growing, and culturally close to us. Lar Group is an established partner, with a strong team and an excellent reputation valued by clients. We believe that together we will create projects that will set a new standard for quality in residential construction in Poland.”

 

The new a joint venture significantly strengthens Grupo Lar's position in the Polish market, where the company has been operating since 2006 and has already delivered nearly 3.000 homes.

 

The Spanish promoter already maintains strategic alliances with other companies such as Develia y Males, with those in development currently 3.000 homes in the country, which represents a total value of more than 500 million euros.

 

The heads of Colliers' Corporate Finance & Living Services team, who acted as strategic advisors in structuring the partnership, highlighted the attractiveness of the sector: "The solid fundamentals of the Polish residential market continue to attract significant investor interest. We anticipate further consolidation in the sector, while also welcoming new entrants," emphasized Dorota Wysokińska-Kuzdra, Michał Witkowski, and Kamila Kasprzak.

 

With this new injection of capital and projects, Grupo Lar consolidates its strategy of international growth in the residential sector, highlighting its commitment to the quality and BREEAM Excellent criteria which have already been applied in previous projects such as Lizbonska.
