The Madrid Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Services has opened applications for its "Create and Grow – Boost Your Startup 2026" program. The initiative is designed to guide entrepreneurs from the prototype phase to the commercial launch of their product, through training, personalized mentoring, and a final Demo Day with funding.

The Madrid-based institution seeks to close the gap between product development and commercial validation.

La Cámara Oficial de Comercio, Industria y Servicios de Madrid has launched the 2026 edition of its program Create and Grow – Boost Your StartupThis strategic initiative aims to support startups that already have a working prototype but face the challenge of launching it to market. The program's objective is to provide entrepreneurs with the necessary tools and methodology to structure, test, and transform their projects into commercially viable solutions.

This program is specifically aimed at startups that need to define a go-to-market strategy, validate their business model, and prepare a solid value proposition. The program is structured in an intensive and practical format, designed to help participants achieve tangible results in a short period of time.

Roadmap and mentoring for market entry

The core of the Create and Grow program is based on a combination of specialized training and individual mentoring. Participants will receive a total of 36 hours of practical training focused on key areas for commercializing a technological or innovative product. Furthermore, one of the initiative's fundamental pillars is one-on-one mentoring , which will allow each startup to address its specific challenges with expert support.

As a result of this process, each project will develop a 90-day roadmap that precisely defines the objectives, milestones, and performance metrics for its launch. This action plan becomes a fundamental guide for execution and post-program monitoring.

The initiative will culminate in a Demo Day FinalThis event will allow entrepreneurs to present their projects to a panel of evaluators. It not only serves as a platform for visibility but also includes a training session to develop a pitch of compelling business. The most outstanding project during the Demo Day you will receive a prize of 1.600 euros as an additional boost.
