El Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food has decided to sponsor the international congress “Madrid Fusion-Foods of Spain”, one of the most important gastronomic competitions worldwide.
The current edition will take place between January 27 and 29 at the fairgrounds IFEMA Madrid. During this event, the award will be given “Madrid Fusion-Foods of Spain. Product Defense” to chef Nacho Manzano for his commitment to local products and sustainability from his Asturian restaurant Casa MarcialThe award ceremony will be held by Minister Luis Planas on Wednesday 29th.
under the motto “Revolutionaries”This year's congress will explore the disruptive changes that transformed Spanish cuisine three decades ago, consolidating it as a global benchmark. In addition to sponsoring the award, the ministry will organize various activities within the framework of the event:
