La Chamber of Commerce of Spain has expressed its support for the approval of the draft Law on Industry and Strategic Autonomy, stressing that this initiative is crucial to review and update the regulatory framework in which the industry operates. As regards the pending parliamentary process, it is considered essential to apply principles such as administrative simplification to improve business competitiveness. The importance of ensuring active participation by the different actors involved is also highlighted, which would enhance public-private collaboration within the sector.
Finally, it is stressed that this new regulatory context must be aligned with European and inter-ministerial initiatives to optimize resources and avoid imbalances. Coordinated action will maximize benefits for both the industrial sector and the general interests of the country.
