The students of the Master in Logistics and Port Management of Argentina begin their training week in Valencia

Classes are held in a mixed format

Students will be trained in subjects such as infrastructure for port operations and navigation, shelter and docking works, nautical access and dredging, among others.

The students of the “Master in Logistics and Port Management"Of Argentina have started their week of in-person training in Valencia led by the general director of the Valenciaport Foundation, Vicente del Río, from the director of the Port Authority of Valencia, Francesc Sánchez and the Professor of the UPV, Ángel Ortiz.

 

During this week, students will be trained in subjects such as infrastructure for port operations and navigation, shelter and docking works, nautical access and dredging, port security, port strategy and development, tics applied to ports, etc.

 

 

 

The Valenciaport Foundation is already preparing a second edition that will be taught next year

 

 

This program, managed by the Valenciaport Foundation and endorsed by the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) has the sponsorship and leadership of the Port of Buenos Aires.

 

A total of 28 students from different ports of Argentina and from other countries in the region, such as Chile, Peru and Uruguay, make up the group of participants who, for almost a year, are trained in the different subjects included in the program, culminating with the presentation of the Master's final projects.

 

The classes are held in a mixed format, with 66% online and 34% in-person, adding up to a total of 6 weeks of in-person training, 5 taught in Buenos Aires and one in Valencia.
