To celebrate the entry into Costa Rica and the Spanish roots of the brand, AC Hotels by Marriott, together with Promerica & Iberia Bank and Escazú Avenue, presented its first gastronomic festival “Spanish Nights”, which took place in the restaurant AC Kitchen of the hotel, the nights of October 12 to 14, on the occasion of Hispanic Heritage Day, by the hand of Spanish chefs Ruben Martin, from AC Hotel Ciudad de Toledo and Pablo García Millán, from AC Hotel Ciudad de Sevilla, where they exported typical dishes from the kitchens of Castilla La Mancha and Andalusia.

The menu, paired with Spanish wines, featured a selection of classic appetizers such as potato omelette and Serrano ham croquettes, four main dishes among which octopus a feira and oxtail cannelloni stood out.
