The project presents multiple local hiring and employment opportunities

ACCIONA will cover at least 90% of the project's total working hours with workers from southern Australia, which will translate into approximately 245 full-time equivalent jobs per year throughout the construction period. As part of this commitment, approximately 10% of the workforce will be made up of apprentices; 12% will be made up of Aboriginal employees and 4% will be people facing barriers to employment or the long-term unemployed. To complement this, the project includes a local industry participation target of 95%.
