Bet on quality and customer satisfaction
With this certification, IPEX acquires a public commitment to quality with the satisfaction of its clients and users.
In order to make public the commitment to comply with the parameters included in its Services Charter, the Institute for Foreign Promotion of Castilla-La Mancha (IPEX) has been certified by AENOR - Spanish National Standards Body in accordance with the UNE 93200 standard on Service Charters, one of the most reliable tools to ensure that Public Administrations and private companies communicate to their users the services they provide and the commitments they assume in their provision.
With this certification, the IPEX has assumed public quality commitments with its clients, which include granting at least 60 subsidies per year, scheduling at least 20 annual sessions or offering at least 20 foreign trade internships per year.
During the delivery of the certification, Javier Rosell, general director of Companies of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha, has commented that “the letter of services of IPEX carries out its work internally, what we now want to see is how we are really doing and provide some uniformity to all of IPEX's work through the standard certification process ISO-9001".
For its part, Antonio Contreras, director of AENOR in Castilla-La Mancha, assured that “this certification has the differential advantage of transparency and rigor involved in assuming public and quantitative quality commitments with clients, also reporting their results periodically. With this practice IPEX “It generates trust and credibility in the interest groups it addresses.”
Likewise, he emphasized that Service Charters represent fundamental support in continuous improvement that facilitates relationships with users and serves to define service standards, allowing ambitious objectives to be established that achieve the greatest possible impact on the entity's contact points.
To grant this certification to IPEX, the auditors of AENOR - Spanish National Standards Body have paid special attention to the expectations of their clients, to the content of the Service Charter, as well as to the monitoring and control carried out by the entity on compliance with the commitments acquired. The audit process was complemented with control through different research techniques to analyze the satisfaction and compliance with the expectations of its clients.
In this way, IPEX joins the more than 250 organizations and entities in Spain and other countries that currently have current Service Charter certificates, committed to improving customer satisfaction, which results in the increase of ethical and reliable relationships.
