AERTEC, an international company specialized in the aerospace and defense industry and the airport sector, is executing in the Sharjah International Airport (United Arab Emirates) the initial phase of the implementation A-CDM (Airport Collaborative Decision Making), whose objective is to improve real-time management of airport operations, optimizing coordination and efficiency in all processes.
A-CDM is a joint initiative sponsored by Eurocontrol, ACI-Europe (Airports Council International), CANSO (Civil Air Navigation Services Organization) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) which is being implemented in the world's main airports in the last 5 years to improve the efficiency of airport operations. AERTEC, positioned in the global airport industry as one of the most aeronautical engineering companies, has been chosen by the Sharjah International Airport to launch the first phase of this program, which is already being developed in the main airports in the Middle East. In these first weeks of work, the Spanish multinational is analyzing how operations and incidents are managed at the Emirati airfield, to propose improvements through updating or modifying procedures and defining a system that reduces response times and/or resolution of incidents in real time that may arise at the airport.

This project adds to the knowledge and experience that AERTEC already has in the A-CDM programs and in the optimization of airport operations, thanks to its own development of innovation and new technologies aimed at efficient and safe management of airport processes through technological solutions. integral.
