Chamber of Seville hosts the event
This morning a conference on the business opportunities that exist in the African country took place at the Seville Chamber of Commerce. In collaboration with ICEX, CESCE and the Cajasol Foundation, the business perspectives as well as financing for the development of Spanish companies in Angola have been highlighted.
At the event, speakers from the Business Development Institute (IFE) spoke mainly about sectors of interest to foreign companies such as agri-food, agriculture, renewable energy, industry (textile, footwear, petrochemicals, mining) as well as transportation and logistics.
There is a new law (14/15 of August 11) on foreign investment in which the procedures to develop a company in Angola are increasingly reduced. As indicated, this new strategy serves to diversify the economy of the African country, create jobs and reduce Angola's dependence on oil exports.
