The public company Aragón Logistics Platform (APL), attached to CORPORATION, has already signed the contract for drafting the General Interest Plan of Aragon (PIG) to build the new Zuera Logistics Platform with the company awarded the contract, Sers Consulting in engineering and architecture SAU. This work, with a completion period of 20 weeks, will involve an investment of 520.600 euros by APL, destined for the construction of the entire logistics area and the studies necessary for the construction of the Platform. The contract execution period is 20 weeks.

The so-called PLZuera - which will be completed with Plaza, Platea and Plhus the APL offer- It will offer plots with significant surfaces, as demanded by the industrial logistics real estate market; It will have differentiated areas based on the planned activity (logistics-industrial) and will have a connection with the railway and road infrastructures currently existing in the municipality and which are very close to the delimited area.

On January 11, the Government Council approved the investment declaration of regional interest and general interest for this project, which is developed through a PIGA. This double declaration makes it possible to reduce the deadlines for the administrative procedures necessary for the processing and execution of the plan so that this investment can become a reality in the short term.
