The Government of La Rioja opens the call for Rioja companies, SMEs and self-employed workers to access ten lines of aid

El Official Gazette of La Rioja publishes the call for ten new lines of aid to which, from that moment on, all companies, organizations and self-employed workers in La Rioja will be able to submit their applications through the electronic headquarters of Ader.

 

 

This represents more than 8,5 million euros made available to the business fabric of the region by the Government of La Rioja, through the Strategic Subsidies Plan (PES) 2021 of La Rioja Economic Development Agency presented in mid-July by the Minister of Autonomous Development, José Ángel Lacalzada, to promote the economic reactivation of La Rioja.

 

El Start-Consolidation Program. Foreign Trade (ICD) Its purpose is to encourage the adaptation of Rioja companies to the growing globalization of markets, providing them with more instruments to position itself in foreign markets, with the aim of giving a boost to its competitiveness.

 

The line called Digitalization and Industry: Program of ICT applications and systems for digitalization and towards industry 4.0 (TI4) Its purpose is to subsidize the new acquisition or implementation of management Software and Applications, and/or industrial control and/or logistics; the design and development of dynamic function web pages with a content manager, electronic commerce and with adaptive or responsive design; as well as the implementation of the planned measures and actions necessary to undertake the Connected Industry 4.0 program.

In the case of Microproject check: Micro-Project Innovation Check Program (CHP) The implementation of projects called Proof of Concept – R&D&i Projects and Product Design projects is subsidized. In the line of Talent Check: Talent Innovation Check Program (CHT) Subsidies are offered to cover personnel costs for the new hiring of technologists or management professionals for incorporation into R&D, Innovation Units, or product design departments, as well as for the design and operational deployment of Plans. Internationalization, Innovation, Strategic, business continuity, human resources HR, digitalization, cybersecurity, Industry 4.0, implementation of standardized voluntary certifiable management systems, and energy and environmental sustainability, and implementation of EFQM management models.

 

Furthermore, the First Asset Acquisition (PPA) program intended to subsidize the costs of establishing new companies and entrepreneurial projects, investment in new fixed assets, in new information and telecommunications technologies (ICT) and in different areas of design (creation of corporate image and manual, catalogues, advertising elements , containers and packaging, marketing...).

 

Also the line of Investment/Employment Intensive Projects (GPI) whose purpose is the subsidy of fixed assets and project and construction management fees.

 

Just as the game for Retail trade (COC) intended to subsidize actions for the costs of creating and establishing companies (advisors, managers, notary, registrar), business creation courses or similar, as well as an initial promotion campaign during the first 6 months. Also the program Promotion of Consolidation of the Self-Employed Worker (PTA) which aims to offer subsidies to cover the expenses of self-employed workers who have registered in the Special Social Security Regime for Self-Employed Workers.

 

On the other hand, the programs Finance Investment (FII) and Current Finance (FIC) intended to subsidize loans or financial leasing contracts for investment or support for working capital that obtain a financial guarantee from a Reciprocal Guarantee Company, which are signed with any of the financial entities with which the ADER has signed the corresponding agreement or with this Agency .

 

Finally, the Investment and Operation Program for Innovative Business Groups (AEI) intended to launch and operate new Innovative Business Groups (AEI) in La Rioja, subsidize certain costs of open AEIs and others for closed AEIs.

 

Companies, organizations and self-employed people from La Rioja interested in submitting applications to these calls, which open this Monday, August 30 and end on December 10, except in the Start-Consolidation program that ends on October 20 and in the In the case of the Promotion of Consolidation of the Self-Employed Worker program on December 30, they can be processed through the electronic headquarters of Ader.
