Madrid hosts the industrial day of the Czech Republic-Spain space sector

The Secretary of State for Commerce of Spain, through ICEX Spain Export and Investments and in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE), has organized an industrial day of the Czech Republic-Spain space sector, which was held in Madrid, at the headquarters of ICEX - Spanish Institute for Foreign Trade.

 

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Spain, CzechTrade, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Czech Republic, the Spanish Association of Defense, Security, Aeronautics and Space Technology Companies (TEDAE) And Czech Space Alliance. 

 

This meeting is part of the visit to Spain of the Vice Minister of EU and Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce of the Czech Republic, Martina Tauberová, who is traveling accompanied by a delegation of Czech companies in the space sector. The objective is to identify business opportunities and areas of collaboration in the aerospace sector for companies from both countries.

 

During the day, Spanish firms have had the opportunity to hold B2B meetings with Czech companies of interest

 

 

The activity has been aimed especially at designers and builders of satellites and instruments; developers of mechanisms, sensors, robotics or automation; manufacturers of satellite platforms and launchers, as well as auxiliary components and equipment, and companies in the sector Newspace: nanosatellites, etc.

 

The session was held in person, respecting the capacity of the room. After the institutional inauguration, a brief presentation of Czech companies, another of Spanish companies and previously arranged B2B meetings took place.
