The president of the Government of Extremadura meets with businessmen at an event in Lisbon, organized by the Luso-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The president of the Government of Extremadura, Guillermo Fernández Vara, stressed the strategic importance of Portugal for its region, which has turned it into a "bridge" and a key point between runners Mediterranean and Atlantic.
"It is our time and Portugal is at our side. We could not be in the position we are in now if it were not for the fact that we were on the border with Portugal and now we are a bridge," said the regional president before businessmen at an event in Lisbon organized by hima Portuguese-Spanish Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
