moldtech, a leading company in the manufacture of technological solutions for the precast concrete industry, is pleased to announce the successful completion of another outstanding project in Romania.
The installation involves a universal runway with a capacity of 1400 tons, dimensions of W=1.2m, L=96m, and E=6mm. This comprehensive project includes prestressing and detensioning equipment, a cable release, I-beam sides, modular double molds A1, A, and A3, as well as two Timpan T2 battery units.
The universal track, the central element of the project, allows the manufacture of prestressed elements of high quality and resistance. A prestressing system with detensioning heads and hydraulic equipment tensions steel cables, transferring force to the concrete and providing it with greater durability and resistance. The height-adjustable support structure with sealing joints guarantees an optimal production process, while the floor heating option accelerates concrete curing, optimizing time and resources.

The I-beam sides, with manual or hydraulic opening and closing, are fixed to the support structure with a quick locking system and size adjustment. As for the double modular molds type A, A1, and A3, these represent a milestone in the versatility of Moldtech technology. Designed to offer the possibility of producing three different types of parts and/or varied sizes with a single unit, this solution optimizes the production process and guarantees flexibility in the manufacture of different elements without the need for frequent mold changes.
